We are the US based branch of the biggest exporter of extra virgin olive oil in Argentina. We own the land, the trees and the manufacturing plant, our oils are traceable right to the trees where the olives that produced them came from. Our manufacturing plant is the biggest in all of the Americas, we use the latest technologies and follow and exceed European regulations for the production and classification of olive oils. All our bottles are filled with nitrogen before they are sealed to prevent oxidation and preserve the quality of our products. Our Classic Line presents a maximum acidity of 0.8%, it goes down to 0.5% in our Gourmet Line and 0.3% in our Premium Line, educated consumers know that the lower the acidity, the higher the quality of the oil. We store our oils in stainless steel containers and we never mix different productions. Our bottles are filled with first cold pressed olive oil, what regardless of classifications is the one and only extra virgin olive oil. There are manufacturers presenting different “kinds” of olive oils when in reality there is only one. It should be enough to say “olive oil”; however, that would put our oils together with a lot of products that are very far from what we produce and sell. We hope that the US will update their regulation for olive oils soon so that consumers receive the protection they deserve and the product they think they are buying with all the health benefits it has been related to. Olive oil benefits has been known since the beginning of times, it is a traditional and very ethnical product whose use is spreading worldwide, that is why we have so much pride in what we do and put the quality of our oils above all.
